Why is it important to move the body?

Mixing different practices such as YOGA, SCIENCE OF STRETCHING™, and QIGONG, I create sequences that activate and stretch the body, lubricating the joints in order to strengthen and gain flexibility and awareness of the physical body. As well as moving energy, releasing tensions held in the body. Learning to be mindful of the way we use the Breath with and for each movement.
